Managing Director, Tech Architect & Author of The Architecture of Awareness
Jacob Noel Urasa is a Core Founder and Managing Director of Twiga Hosting Limited (tHL), a leading systems and ICT technology firm. He is also the author of The Architecture of Awareness: A Journey from Conditioning to Conscious Choice.
Holding a Computer Science Degree from the University of Dar Es Salaam, Jacob possesses extensive experience in online systems, ICT security, enterprise resource planning, and ICT project control. As the chief engineer behind the tHL Accounting system, he has designed complex enterprise software used by microfinance institutions and commercial enterprises.
His deep background in system architecture naturally informed his study of human behavioral conditioning. Just as software operates on structured code, human choices often run on automatic, conditioned routines. Through his book, Jacob bridges technology, neuroscience, and practical psychology to help individuals debug automatic habit loops and build conscious, deliberate lives.

Jacob’s career in Computer Science provided him with a unique perspective on human behavior. Software bugs often stem from hidden, unexamined logic loops. Similarly, human struggles—such as procrastination, emotional volatility, overthinking, and relationship friction—are frequently caused by unexamined subconscious conditioning.
In The Architecture of Awareness, Jacob applies structured systems thinking to human consciousness, giving readers a practical, 5-step framework (**Notice, Examine, Assess, Choose, Review**) to systematically audit and rewrite their personal mental code.
